Fiddlestrings Sports Bar is the original sports bar of San Angelo, TX.  It was established July 4^th, 1985.  Don’t let the name fool you….this is not a country bar, although it originally was.  Fiddlestrings features pool tables, shuffleboard, darts, arcade games, and a jukebox that plays current & classic music, and even live music.  Come watch your favorite sports team on the many large flat screen TVs while relaxing in a friendly environment.  

We have several sports packages to choose from, such as NFL Sunday Ticket, College Game Ticket, ESPN Game Plan, ESPN Full Court, Big Ten Network, Fox Sports Package, MBA League Pass, NHL Center Ice and MLB Extra Innings.  Fiddlestrings also offers free wireless internet for fantasy football and checking out stats.  Fiddlestrings is one of few bars with NFL Sunday ticket.

Fiddlestrings also has the coldest beer in town and a fully stocked bar that will quench anyone’s thirst.  We feature many beers on tap.  We also have a wide selection of bottled beer as well.  The outside Tiki bar is also fully stocked, with a large outdoor patio area.  There are also daily drink specials that are posted on our Facebook page. When you step outside on the largest deck in San Angelo, you feel you have walked into a Las Vegas resort.  There is a crystal clear swimming pool with water volleyball.  A fully stocked Tiki bar and a stage for live bands, in an outdoor setting that is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and green shrubs.  

Fiddlestrings also features two large pavilion areas with flat screen TVs and outdoor speakers where you can hang out with friends and watch the NFL Sunday Ticket.  It can also be used as a banquet facility to be reserved for private parties and special events.  BBQ pits and smokers will also be available for private parties.  You can play a friendly game of washers as well.
